NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

London, England - 22 May 2017 - LoopUp plc ("LoopUp" or "the Company"), the premium remote meetings company, will hold its next Annual General Meeting on Thursday 15 June 2017, at 9.30 AM BST. The meeting will be held at the office of Panmure Gordon: 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AF.

Shareholders of record as of 6:00 PM BST on 13 June 2017 are requested to bring their credentials, including their proxy form attendance card as well as the number of shares held, to attend the meeting. Shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person are urged to send instructions for the voting of their shares so that they are represented at the meeting. Please contact your financial intermediary for the voting procedures to follow.

Copies of LoopUp's Notice of Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy, and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 have been mailed to shareholders of record this week.
