As I'm in the industry, I bought into the Loop story and ended up with a bunch of city wide boys that thought they knew how to play the game. With some anger this is going to go! I can't wait to meet the BOD at an industry junket, because they won't be able to keep their mouths shut, blaming everybody and anything apart from their complete incompetence.

It was possible to buy in the market cheaper than the placing over the last 2 days. Also not many existing holders will have an account with TPI so I wasn't expecting much support from it. The original aspect of the placing was oversubscribed by £500,000.

The broker placing raised £26k and they were looking for £1m. It probably cost them more than that.

Needs to stay under 30% so as not to trigger a takeover situation. I see his continued support as a major positive. It's a large percentage of the companies shares in safe hands, one would assume!

The timing will be to allow the book build to complete before the market opens tomorrow. I've not been invested here previously so not affected by this placing, I'll be watching closely to see if there's a recovery play on the cards. I too am interested in who will take the 60m shares. Still not many shares in issue in comparison to many on AIM.
