It could well be transformational if they get a much more competent cfo in? How can you not see that ? The track record of the outgoing on is not good so him leaving how can you twist that into a negative lol sounds like he has been pushed

I bought and sold vast admittedly at a loss in at 3.6 out after being screwed by the placing at 2.8. Very high risk vast and get the negativity behind that one !!!Regarding Loop, the Alliance opens up huge market and in an additional of 15-20 countries. There may also be more alliances secured. Yes I know there is a lot of risk with loop however the upside now it's fully funded and growing is pretty big. My average here is a lot higher than the current share price however I have averaged out and got a big position and willing to wait this one else. The CFO leaving in my opinion is very good news, not bad news as he has been a complete failure so far. If they appoint someone more competent then we are in a much better position

"Transformational". Hilarious mate. Same with the amazing new alliance. Its clear what the market thinks of the waffle.

Surprised you didn't mention the major alliance agreement on Monday ?

Surprise there has been no comment on Simon Healey stepping down to pursue "new opportunities" elsewhere huh. No successor lined up, so looks like he has been sacked. Either that or its the rats abandoning ship before it goes down. Neither explanation is good

Following on from Monday's announcement regarding the new partnership, I see Cenkos have now issued a new research note which is accesible through Research Tree (subscription required) or through the Cenkos research portal (you may need to register, but it's free):

Coverage increase- extend its compliant service provision reach to approximately 80 countries in that timeframe, which the Group believes will represent market-leading coverage.

………………………

It's a shame that they have not made the investor presentation from last week available on line as it gave a fairly comprehensive explanation of the opportunities ahead and it certainly helped explain why they think the think their Cloud Telephony solution for multinationals could become a very profitable niche. I think they were less successful in making the case for the acquisition of SynvRTC, so I am currently a bit more sceptical regarding the prospects for that side of the business.

I did manage to do an audio recording of the presentation and a few screen grabs of the slides which others might find helpful, this one in particular sums up the opportunity and progress made thus far on the Cloud telephony opportunity.

………………………
The contract length will typically be for three years, but they are likely to be very, very sticky thereafter and worth on average around £100K/year

OK mate, fair enough and I think you are pretty much spot on by the way. The Board of Directors of been frauds as they could've done a placing in a much higher share price, raised more money but instead the stock has been sold down to the placing price. What do you think will happen now? Do you think they will have a chance to succeed? Did you listen to their presentation? Also how long ago did you lose ties with a company. Don't need to answer all those questions but any info appreciated

I've been on ADVFN for a long time bud, but I didn't post for a few years. When I came back - mostly reading - I refreshed and changed my details. Nothing to hide, before I was Skylite. If memory serves me right, I did actually post something similar on this thread some time ago.
