PDMR SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE FOR DARREN RICHARDS

 

LondonMetric Property Plc ('LondonMetric' or 'the Company') is delighted to confirm that Darren Richards has started in his role as Chief Investment Officer.  

 

PDMR Shareholding disclosure in respect of Darren is set out below.

 

Acquisition of Shares

On 21 January 2025, Darren acquired 82,051 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 181 pence. This reflects his total current holding in LondonMetric.

 

Granting of Share Awards

Further, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), Darren was granted nil cost options over 753,253 Shares to compensate for the loss of awards held in his previous employment. Details are as follows:

The vestings in 2026 and 2027 are subject to total shareholder return, total accounting return and earnings performance, whist the vesting of Shares in 2025 is subject only to continuing employment.
