PDMR/DIRECTOR DEALINGS

 

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") has been notified of dealings in LondonMetric ordinary shares ("LondonMetric Shares") by companies connected with Nick Leslau and Sandy Gumm, Non-Executive Directors of the Company. These dealings do not change their beneficial holdings in the Company. 

 

The dealings relate to an intra-group reorganisation whereby 26,379,367 LondonMetric Shares were transferred from Prestbury Incentives Limited ("PIL") to its parent company, Prestbury Management Holdings Limited ("PMHL") on 5 June 2024. PIL and PMHL are entities closely associated with both Mr Leslau and Ms Gumm. The effective price of the dealings was 206.6 pence per LondonMetric Share. 

 

Mr Leslau and Ms Gumm's respective interests in LondonMetric Shares remain unchanged as a result of the reorganisation. Mr Leslau and Ms Gumm, together with PMHL, hold combined interests in 53,139,764 LondonMetric Shares representing approximately 2.6% of the issued share capital of LondonMetric.
