19/8/2009 16:40 | Shortie :...... " 7p? did we see 7p today? lol " .......Hey ! How did you end up ? | boobly
19/8/2009 16:36 | It has gone for debt for equity swap, so not Assets. Owning close to 200pubs they can easily pay the debt anytime but in Bank int. it is not good, so they can loan to operate the business...Bank made equity swap at 5p while propety sentimental has gone up ( ex : DTZ and CAL) so Bank would wait to make the money...that what they are for. Only 26mil share in issue. Good propposition for making a punt just like TW. | gdasinv2
19/8/2009 16:26 | Maybe its because the dont own any pubs, the bank does. | robandkerry
19/8/2009 16:15 | LTW has great pubs assets, if they need cash/loan they can always get aginst the PUB assets, as you know PUBS are great property and also PUB industry in recovered at least 30% for no reason why this should trade at such low SP, when CAL, MAR, ETI all are doing well. Any 1 any idea? | gdasinv2
19/8/2009 16:11 | 7p? did we see 7p today? lol | lol short killer
19/8/2009 16:09 | 100k at 7p. I bet your hurting now. | robandkerry
19/8/2009 15:38 | Is there volume there to support this move!!! | g2am
19/8/2009 15:27 | just got 100k took a long time though | gatdecor
19/8/2009 14:44 | craw, that baby is suspented by the market today. lol | lol short killer
19/8/2009 14:41 | Yes, MCKS is better. | crawford
19/8/2009 14:33 | Over 20% up, no any comment on it? lol | lol short killer
18/8/2009 16:16 | correct, looking at the current spike on most of the property share price ..this is very undervalued and consists of large PUB assets, this is damn undervalued. Once this get little push, then will blown up...I have loaded with cheap share price | gdasinv2
18/8/2009 09:14 | British Land's positive outlook today ('clear improvement') may rub off on other property stocks (cal, mnr...) and maybe the properties of ltw will increase in value too, on the second line of that wave of sentiment. nia dyor | andrbea
13/8/2009 11:47 | On the move north. | robandkerry
09/8/2009 20:06 | what nav is that? | robizm
27/7/2009 11:56 | Surley this is worth a punt with a nav of 56p? | robandkerry
27/7/2009 08:29 | 100k buy it's a start :-) with the ftse improving, and improving sentiment, this could be a risky 'bottom-fisher' type stock. | andrbea
24/7/2009 09:44 | We have a few sells but the price is going up. Directors buying is my guess. This needs to go back to at least 10p for the D4E to be an attractive proposition. If it was my company I would be buying this to give confidence to the market and get the share price back up. Imo its a double your money play at these levels. | robandkerry
24/7/2009 09:36 | shhhhh, softly, softly..... | seconduser
24/7/2009 09:10 | more of a bounce today eg a 70k buy | andrbea
23/7/2009 13:01 | Those that still post most likely hold. I think we have to wait a while for those that jumped in on a quick profit, and regret their actions, sell as the price recovers enough to limit their losses. | seconduser
23/7/2009 12:46 | andrbea, without intruding into your privacy, in my opinion, your posts clearly indicate that you hold ltw. i do hold 20k. dyor | demark
23/7/2009 12:28 | posts 85, 86 and 90 show 3 pubs taken over by LT in recent weeks At least they're pro-active and trying to win new business. at last some green (3%) I see upside to 10 or 20p my post earlier: so overall loss doubles roughly year-on-year SP falls 137 to 5 over-reaction? ok assets near enough wiped out by current debt but as far as turnover and loss on the financial year are concerned it wasn't a 70% drop... and the 5p Debt for equity swap was probably the best they could get in the current market and SP-predicament. | andrbea
23/7/2009 09:20 | "As I promised we would, we have turned things around quickly with the help of London Town Pubs and we have managed to fulfil everything we set out to do. | andrbea |
