                              Holdings in Company

The Company has been notified of the following notifiable interests:

  * On 23 March 2007, AXA S.A. and its group of companies notified LAC that
    it has a notifiable interest directly in 11,900 ordinary shares of LAC and
    indirectly in 26,208,333 ordinary shares of LAC, and therefore has an
    indirect voting interest of 11.4% of the issued share capital of the
    Company;
  * On 23 March 2007, Gartmore Investment Limited notified LAC that it has a
    notifiable interest in 13,050,702 ordinary shares of LAC (with an equal
    amount of voting rights), amounting to 5.7% of the issued share capital of
    the Company: and
  * On 22 March 2007, Jupiter Asset Management Ltd notified LAC that it
    indirectly holds 7,694,616 ordinary shares of LAC (with an equal amount of
    voting rights), which represents 3.5% of the issued share capital of the
    Company. The shares are held in the name of Nortrust Nominees Ltd.
