Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 13 July 2018 that Ray Davies (Finance Director) has, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 380 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 404.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 July 2018.

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 62,934 shares representing 0.21 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
