30/10/2006 07:30 | Briefly...A very good solid set of results, excellent cash flows and with lots of growth potential still to be realised. Net asetts at 213p is a very pleasing uplift, but it still excludes the 'actual' residential permission valuation at Reading, not to mention the fact that existing stores can be expanded further. KT...I look forward to your analysts meeting comments. Regards, wan | wan
28/10/2006 15:25 | another one reported after close of business - another 200,000 bought at 195p. So total volume on Friday over 400,000 shares and more than 1% of the company. Looking good for results on Monday. KT | kievtrader
27/10/2006 17:30 | There is one on the protected trades (200k) that I suggested we might see, fwiw, I think there could be more than one, time will tell or of course we may get more detail on Monday. | wan
27/10/2006 10:45 | will be interesting to se if there is any share price activity near close of business today to give a hint on the potential strenght of upward movement on Monday. KT | kievtrader
27/10/2006 07:14 | Having looked back over the trade details and considering the share price strength/re-rating, and as I mentioned above, it does appear there could be some protected trades in the wings yet to be revealed, time will tell there. I await Mondays finals with increased interest. | wan
25/10/2006 09:48 | It appears likey that we may see some larger protected trades (buys), which from memory can be protected for up to 5 days. So if those trades are there, it might be worth considering that they might not appear until the end of week or indeed on the results day, and therefore (especially on the results day and subject to the share price etc) might in fact look like a sell? One thing appears certain, someone wants the stock. | wan
24/10/2006 12:57 | Another good rise so far today to 190.5 - 193p . And still buyers in the wings. Going higher. KT | kievtrader
24/10/2006 07:31 | With REIT's kicking off proper on Jan 1st 2007, one has to wonder whether it is playing, at least a part, in the current re-rating? That aside and as I was suggesting, just the property portflio valuation was way out of line with the sp, not to mention the actual business of self-storage. So it will be interesting to see whether recent interest/action is a result of stake building or general market recognition of the value and potential within? | wan
23/10/2006 17:08 | Great move today on 100,000 volume. Blue sky territory - should be assauting 200p level some time this week before results. Heading well above 200p by next week. KT | kievtrader
23/10/2006 07:19 | KT...Excellent, I look forward to your comments here. Regards, wan | wan
20/10/2006 14:40 | Wan My attendance has been confirmed for analysts presentation at 9.30am on 30th following results. So should be some interesting analysis of results and statement about future prospects. KT | kievtrader
20/10/2006 11:10 | biginning to firm again - should assualt previous resistance at 181p any day now. KT | kievtrader
19/10/2006 08:58 | KT...I cannot make it, so if you can that would make for some more interesting comment here? Regards, wan | wan
14/10/2006 14:33 | will try to go to the analysts presentation at 9.30 on day of results at Financial Dynamics | kievtrader
12/10/2006 14:01 | Wan: Thanks for the long-term chart. | vassily
11/10/2006 23:03 | when more buyers appear in next week or so then the will be another rapid spike up through previous resistance at 180p and could go very quickly to the 200-210 level ahead of results. Property revaluation with results will determine level they settle at above 200. Bid speculation or mention of preliminary talks would take them to 240/250 level and this is only a matter of time and probably soon rather than later - 30% plus upside by the end of year. | kievtrader
11/10/2006 19:54 | FWIW, my target is 220p. | happyjackal
11/10/2006 12:40 | Anybody got an upside target on this stock? | mrstock
11/10/2006 08:14 | For those interested or indeed who have been here long enough, I have added a long term chart to the title post. | wan
11/10/2006 08:10 | I note from yesterdays Rugby Estates results that they are to set up two more funds, the funds may be listed and one was likely to involve the acquisition of property-backed companies. | wan
10/10/2006 07:46 | LOK got a mention in yesterdays Times - RUMOUR OF THE DAY: LOK N'STORE (vague talk of predatory interest) | wan
09/10/2006 10:54 | Now is time to buy extended settlement with T plus 20 trades to cover period over results. Maybe we are seeing some extended settlement trades going on to cover upside from run up ahead of results and news of property revaluation. Going higher. KT | kievtrader
08/10/2006 07:43 | Vassily...For a stock that sometimes records none or negligible trades, volume over 3 days that equates to something in excess of 6% of issued shares, would suggest that there is something in the pipeline? Could be just a coincidence that the market has recognised an anomaly, or maybe a conclusion to Kingston, or maybe the rumoured Jack Petchy is about to (have to?) show his hand? Regards, wan | wan
08/10/2006 07:04 | Lovely jump!! What's going on? | vassily |
