My shares have quadrupled here over 4 years. Very good. Couldn't resist selling half today. Will keep the rest but always nice to have shares with an effective zero cost. It's a really good company but no longer cheap on any valuation metric.

Very happy. As an ex customer I've seen first hand how well this is run. There is a tight control on costs and regular reporting at all levels.LOK is now about 15% of my portfolio with no plans to sell up.Good start to the week.

LOK Lok N Store (storage company)

One which warrants further research, especially looking at the increase in volume on friday. Had good results just recently and not over priced going forward.

hi wan. we first met on this thread in sept 2004 !

i sold out in 2005 but your timing was much better, you sold in 2007.

do you still keep an eye on lok?

if so, do you think there is anything to get excited about at these levels? would appreciate an update on lok if you are still here.

hope you are keeping well and the intervening years have been kind to you.

regards.

Adjusted Net Asset Value per share(2) up 9.6% to GBP2.71 (2013: GBP2.48)

Can't complain. I have storage in the newly opened Maidenhead store and must say that it's managed very tightly at all levels - locally, regionally and from HQ. Seems a very tightly run Company. Main reason I bought into LOK earlier this year.

Up 5% so far - just a shame that that cancels out the 5% decline over the previous month. Hoping for a new base at this level.

More buyers by far again although admittedly volumes are hardly significant, great share already making a decent profit, but as I'm greedy would like more! Cheers
