14/11/2014 16:04 | hi wan. we first met on this thread in sept 2004 ! i sold out in 2005 but your timing was much better, you sold in 2007. do you still keep an eye on lok? if so, do you think there is anything to get excited about at these levels? would appreciate an update on lok if you are still here. hope you are keeping well and the intervening years have been kind to you. regards. | konil

20/10/2014 08:52 | Results out Revenue GBP13.91 million up 7.2% (2013: GBP12.97 million) Adjusted EBITDA(1) GBP4.62million up 11.6% (2013: GBP4.14 million) Net debt GBP25.5 million (2013: GBP22.5 million) Annual dividend 7 pence per share up 16.7% (2013: 6 pence per share) Adjusted Net Asset Value per share(2) up 9.6% to GBP2.71 (2013: GBP2.48) Can't complain. I have storage in the newly opened Maidenhead store and must say that it's managed very tightly at all levels - locally, regionally and from HQ. Seems a very tightly run Company. Main reason I bought into LOK earlier this year. Up 5% so far - just a shame that that cancels out the 5% decline over the previous month. Hoping for a new base at this level. | pulsey
