LOK holding, BYG and SAFE still dropping. What will the future hold?

I agree with johnrxx99. Interest rates are in an uptrend. Worth waiting for more possible decline before a purchase, although it is probably being priced in right now. Some patience required.

Same here John although sub 200p would be tempting.

could be another head and shoulders. Until intererest rate rumours stop, will be in down trend. Out a while ago.

When you write 'next asset value' would I be right in thinking that is the value on the company books. If so, the NAV is likely to be much more even in a flat protpery market. Ths is from the RNS in June: "..pleased to announce the sale of its freehold operation in Woking for #2.4 million payable in cash in July. The Woking property originally cost #444,000 and has a book value of #602,000."

I bought in today - the fall seems overdone. DYOR

This is now trading at a discount to Net Asset Value. Big Yellow also released positive trading statement today, sector may remain week in the short term but these are still bargain prices for LOK & BYG IMHO.

I think this has a lot more to fall. It is only a property company and it is trading at nearly 4 X Net assets.

Yup, rather disappointing. I guess will be weak until interest rates stabilise but then there is the poor residential market to worry us. Would like to top up but no knives this time for me.

Seems SAFE and BYG are being re-rated. I thought this would happen. LOK is affected too, but LOK's share price might hold up better due to the more conservative valuation of the company.

Good to see you have an interest in this board. Good news today with the acquistion and sale. They are certainly looking to achieve their expansion plan. the shares should get their just reward re-rating soon.
