20/3/2013 07:33 | You are right there UT glad we our in lhd all these trap oil rampers another duff well and another one to come with a pe of 33 or was it 45 I see a nasty outlook, why have that hastle when you can be in LHD | falklands
19/3/2013 22:37 | me too. I seriously was thinking about it when it dropped to 3.75p but never pulled he trigger. Don't think we will ever the chance again. | utrecht_00
19/3/2013 22:17 | Agree UT frankly I wish I bought more around 4p let alone our first buys ! | falklands
19/3/2013 22:02 | it will likely be private equity and an all cash deal. LHD seem to be immune to market waves at the moment which is good to see. | utrecht_00
19/3/2013 21:44 | could be interesting tomorrow, now that cyprus has rejected the deal. Dyas will not buy lochard after they sold a percentage of their stake in athena to trap, I do not think ithaca will be interested as they initially held 70%, but sold 47.5% to dyas. I doubt that ewe would be interested. I also think that trap have taken on as much as they are happy with at athena and do not want anymore. strike oil are already interested and as the announcement says "another north sea operator" so it will not be them. there are a lot of possibilities, however, without some info we can only guess. Once the decc have finally approved the conversions, then we'll know. | sea7
19/3/2013 21:24 | Sorry about the typing errors tired and on iPad, sorry fella, should be BOPD and IAE Regards. | therealdeal5
19/3/2013 21:21 | Falklands lol calm down, why don't you want trap? It doesn't bother me who it is, but they don't have to part with cash is the point I was making, surely you can see this? Think outside AIM? Why? Cairn are you mad? You have to be kidding right? For 1,100 bond? Lol no don't think so fella, TRP or PMG think along those lines or IAEA, maybe Dyas, that's it. Let's agree to disagree okay! Regards realdeal | therealdeal5
19/3/2013 17:42 | nice end to the day on a down one for the market. Going to be interesting tomorrow on the FTSE if cyprus don't go along with the eu. | utrecht_00
19/3/2013 17:07 | Look it's not going to be trap ok full stop, iae maybe think outside the aim listed box cairn, private companies etc. Frankly I don't give a damn as long as it's 9p plus cash I know some want more and that could be if it's not within the next few months. | falklands
19/3/2013 16:42 | Falklands they won't need any loot if they issue new shares to cover LHD, PMG done it with DEO, don't rule it out, i would prefer IAE to take us out or even DYAS, just wait & see, they won't let me have any cheap shares in LHD right now, i keep trying, lol GL fellas | therealdeal5
19/3/2013 16:00 | I expect quite a few aussie holders will sell, if they haven't already, rather than open up an international account as the delisting day from the asx draws closer. We could also see some last minute dumping before the end of the tax year here. I hold and wait. | sea7
19/3/2013 14:11 | yep. Hendersons won't go for that. | utrecht_00
19/3/2013 13:44 | Umm no trap have no loot and been downgraded today think bigger fish | falklands
19/3/2013 11:13 | I have inkling that TRAP OIL will take the 10% we own in Athena, there are connections with their BOD's & ours, what would be the deal? how high will the trap share price go to show this is a good deal for Lochard shareholders? will they tak it to 20p? then offer us 1 trap for 4 Lochard shares? that would be a premium alright to current SP, watch this space for TRAP's move on Lochard, Good Luck to all that are in here, please do not let it be PMG unles they pay cash for us, | therealdeal5
19/3/2013 07:28 | Should know what's going on by summer i reckon, when the Aussies have sold all their shares but who is buying them? that is the Million $ question? i believe they make up about 6% of the overall Market, so it might make a huge difference to someone who wants to make a move on LHD just a thought, | therealdeal5
18/3/2013 17:27 | Yes good luck lhd long way to go yet | falklands
18/3/2013 14:44 | Hi Falklands, yep i do believe they do need to dilute, but i hope you don't think i was pumping AEY? i was saying that LHD are way undervalued for what we are producing regardless of debt, our debt is coming down as we all know, be down to 20% soon enough, we may then see someone showing their hands on this one, i can wait as i am patient these days, the last 2 years have taught me that, i was one to be in & out with decent profits, but it's just getting too difficult for that these days, so i sit & wait, Good Luck fella, | therealdeal5
18/3/2013 12:24 | Aey don't they need to dilute 50% cash for development stay well clear short term until April when peeps know how things develop. I am all for arriving late than burnt nowadays | falklands
18/3/2013 09:41 | Hi Guys, well i'm not worried i would of course prefer IAE shares if it came to it, don't really want TRP nor PMG right now, lol, i will take whatever they give as we don't really have a choice, but i don't like all this secrecy not disclosing who the buyers may be etc, it's all cloak & daggers, too many rules that can be used when it comes to takeovers, they seem to be able to bend the rules under disclosure when it suits them, hold tight 10p i will take but would have liked double at least, especially as i said previously Antrim trading at 32p ish, with 184.2 Million shares in issue, GLTA | therealdeal5
17/3/2013 18:08 | should get that, question is will it be cash or shares? | utrecht_00
17/3/2013 17:46 | I was hopeing for 9p minimum. | philo124
17/3/2013 17:33 | therealdeal5- well done that was a smart move. Unfortunatley any deal will not in all honesty be more than 10p and more likely 8p to 9p I think. Still you should nearly triple your money. | utrecht_00
17/3/2013 17:19 | Hi guys I bought. 300,000 shares here @ 3.6p I reckon I got very lucky, I am hoping for a cash offer not pmg paper, as I hold over 725,000 shares in pmg, I don't want anymore of those, so whatever comes will put me in a nice profit, the day I bought the Ex CEO bought @ 3.7p so I timed it well I am hoping for a 28p buyout, if AEY Antrim Energy are worth 32p and getting approx 450 bond I reckon we are worth more than that, so fingers crossed, good luck to all here, | therealdeal5
15/3/2013 16:29 | bomfin, the longer Athena goes on without producing water the better for all of us. | utrecht_00
15/3/2013 16:03 | Come to think of it it's not Dyas because the ceo would have to award himself the wooden spoon for selling 15% for less than he paid for 10% of Athena! lol Thinking LHDs revival is because Athena continues to do the business. You never know LHD may be stuck with Athena for years to come with a matching increasing share price. I'd quite like to see that as my Trap shares would be roaring and soaring. :- | bomfin |
