14/3/2013 18:09 | I'd agree with that. My guess!! is it's one of the other 3 Dyas, EWE or Trap. | ![]() bomfin
14/3/2013 17:36 | bomfin, I don't disagree, maybe IAE has enough on its plate with VPP, but maybe TRAP is interested? | ![]() utrecht_00
14/3/2013 17:14 | fwiw. I can't see this kind of move on LHD share price unless there is a bid in the offing. The only companies with enough information on the Athena field to have any confidence to bid for LHD's 10% are the field partners. So as unlikely as it seems my guess is that they have at least a tentative approach from one of their Athena partners. All imho dyor | ![]() bomfin
14/3/2013 16:10 | i think this jump has taken us all by surprise although newswseller did say the chart had a swift reversal to 6p on it so he/she was right. Good to see though protects from a low ball offer. | ![]() utrecht_00
14/3/2013 15:30 | Indeed I think that was in conversation with sea which was the general thought at the time however the bidders are closer than we think IMO hence why the share price has increased will see, personally I am not bothered before or after the tax year the offer comes | ![]() falklands
14/3/2013 14:44 | falklands, you did say nothing was going to happen until May, and even eluded to say this would drop going into the tax year | ![]() newswseller
14/3/2013 14:29 | How could we forget. The mugpuntersyachts were being polished. | ![]() wbodger
14/3/2013 14:28 | Pumped maybe it's something to do with the companies up for sale and bidders about re last RNS. | ![]() falklands
14/3/2013 12:52 | I wonder if this has been pumped to let them get out at a higher price? | ![]() newswseller
14/3/2013 12:39 | flopinfo is robson or whereareallthemugpun You remember, the guy deramping........... | ![]() christianf12
14/3/2013 12:38 | yep, must feel stupid when they were selling at 4p.... | ![]() utrecht_00
14/3/2013 12:22 | I see close asset management have sold another c.218k shares @5.5p Rns out | ![]() sea7
14/3/2013 08:48 | wbodger- I know of individuals who hold around 2% and the people on here must account for a whack as well so I think we are looking at a free float of less than 10%. That will be useful when good news comes in. | ![]() utrecht_00
14/3/2013 08:22 | yep, moved quite quickly on small purchases. | ![]() sea7
14/3/2013 08:19 | welcome tick back up. | ![]() utrecht_00
13/3/2013 22:48 | If someone tables a formal bid it would oblige the major shareholders to make Opening Position disclosures, wouldn't it. We know about Hayden Gardner, who held 5.5% last May and added another 0.33% in February. Stephen Zizzari disclosed a holding of 1.25% in Feb. Henderson is near the 30% limit. Close Asset Managers have been sellers but still have 2.06%. Other institutional holders showing on the Website, per last year's AR include Merchant Securities, Seren Capital Management and SVM Asset Management, with 15.6% between them. There was one individual with 7%, and 30% were not in public hands, which leaves around 13% to be traded. With a fair volume in the last week (quite a lot today) there should be some Form 8.3 disclosures later this week. I'm a bit surprised at the drop back this afternoon (possibly Close selling more? They were selling at 3.5 last week, so 5.5 must have looked good) but if an insti has been accumulating they might be waiting for the price to fall back before coming back in. 13/3/2013 21:45 | anybody here in RRR ? | ![]() nash81
13/3/2013 18:58 | As am I falklands, selling into this rise is risky as we are expecting news which could propel us further. As the year progresses the company expects to have a significantly larger cash position on the back of continued production from athena. That extract from recent announcements is worth remembering. | ![]() sea7
13/3/2013 16:39 | Who is this idiot ? We all know the spivs are about and I am happy to wait for the Hinted bidders already mentioned in the last rns File created Jan 2013 which alias are you. | ![]() falklands
13/3/2013 14:06 | Nice to see over the last few sessions, decent rises, followed by slight pullbacks ending each day higher than the previous day. | ![]() sea7
13/3/2013 11:34 | addict- you mean increased flow, high oil price, pound falling etc? It was doing all these things when the share price collapsed in January. There is more to it than that. TRAP and IAE are not up. | ![]() utrecht_00 |
