Encouraging that someone is prepared to increase their holding. Final results last year were on 18 December so maybe around 3 weeks to wait for this year's. Although a bloc sale of the remaining properties is looking unlikely it's not unreasonable to believe that piecemeal sales are being made, that property values are at least at the levels of last valuation, and that the modest underlying operating profit is continuing. I'm mildly optimistic that the current share price will prove to be cheap, but won't be buying any more without some positive news.

DIL2 move up from 19m to 20.3m (24%)

Bizarre happenings. My guess is DIL2 topping up...

Two of the trades are reported as "Y" trades. That = a late trade. An "L" trade is also a late trade. Anyone know the difference?
