Plenty more like that and larger to come as the company expands.

"This agreement will increase the number of potential funding opportunities available to LCM, in addition to our already substantial pipeline of investment opportunities, which we continually evaluate in line with our rigorous due-diligence procedures."

They will get $10m aud from the case it's been announced already and was the cause of the rally from 76p to 100p

hxxps://www.afr.com/business/accounting/kpmg-settles-discovery-metals-class-action-20190429-p51i53 Maybe this is why the shares are going up. ''The parties reached a settlement on March 22, a week before the case was listed to be heard in the NSW Supreme Court.

The total potential value of the claim was $830 million but the settlement amount would be a fraction of this, given this was the value lost by all shareholders and typically only a percentage of shareholders elect to be part of a class action.

Litigation Capital Management will seek to take a fee of 30 per cent of the settlement amount. Together with other costs, the settlement notice states "the total amount available for distribution to Settlement Group Members will be in excess of 50 per cent of the Settlement Sum".'' So even if you only assume 10% of $830m, and if Litigation take a 30% fee... that is like $20m...

Miton maybe not finished offloading entirely yet, but the price has risen so it's quite possible that they're nearing the end.

Good to see the continued heavy buying with plenty of 10k blocks being bought and a 50k one too this morning.

An RNS in the not-too-distant future showing a reduced Miton holding is likely. Also the possibility that another insti has been loading up so I wouldn't be surprised to see an increased holdings RNS in the near future too.

Whatever the case, the Miton selling has presented investors with a good opportunity to build a decent position that would have been much harder to do if they hadn't been offloading.

And particularly noteable that the price only drifted slightly given all that selling.

Strong underlying demand here, that's for sure.

Yes, selling pressure around 100p seems to be gone for now and price starting to breakout after going sideways for a month.

Some perkiness today.

If Miton eases up with the selling, then the share price could really motor given the strong continued demand.

Been a while since any news, so something in the short term quite possible.

A positive in the meantime that the supply is getting gobbled up, since it means less supply around when an RNS does land.

Would be good to see a push above 105p and the next leg up in full swing.

Other than miton selling its just doing what aim shares do...i.e. drift in between attention sparking news. I would increase my position on more of a dip. Plan to hold these for a couple of years as they go through their scale up capital deployment (maybe longer!)

All the time Miton has been selling there have been plenty of buyers happy to pick up the stock.

The price has held very well considering, basing sideways rather than dropping.

When Miton finishes offloading, a swift move up could be possible given the continued underlying demand.

A positive RNS could accelerate this. With nothing of substance for a month other than a few Holding RNSes, this could come sooner rather than later.

Nibbled a few more on today's dip, Miton will be finished selling sometime this century :o)

Meantime, plenty of positive recent coverage in response to the opportunity here.

- Arden - initiated coverage in April, buy rating, 140p target.

- Investors Chronicle / ST - bargain share of 2019, continued buy rating late March.

- Motley Fool - buy rated in March. Confident stock can "double your money".

- SCSW - tipped in April edition.

And there is bound to be plenty further positive coverage as the story progresses.
