PDMR Dealing Announcement

The Company announces that on 28 September 2021, Christopher Sellers, an Independent Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below.

The Company also announces that on 29 September 2021, Thomas Vernon, an LLP Member of the Investment Manager, purchased 6,540 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below.
