Liontrust Asset Management Plc (the "Company") was informed on 23 March 2020 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p ("Shares") by PDMRs.

Following these transactions, John Ions has an interest in 629,283 Shares under nil-priced options, representing 1.13% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
