Cash call? Well Could easily be one but that's a highly speculative position to take and even if there was one I believe the dilution will be immediately absorbed as GOLDBLOC gathers momentum, again highly speculative but far more realistic than a penny per share.

The Gold mines? Yes you are calling these, especially lack of shareholder updates etc, right on.mHowever, so many have been putting pressure on Parry to at least say something to his concerned and frustrated shareholders. Regrettably,the only result that such pressure has achieved todate is to clearly demonstrates just how thick skinned Parry is.

In my opinion....For a CEO this lack of shareholder communication should be formally challenged, specifically via a call for a EGM!

Seems to be the only way to bring King Parry's head back into line with the rest of himself!

Many investors feel cheated here Rodson as Mr Parry promised goldbloc 2.0 would be released in Q2 but we are in Q3 now. Also no updates on Finland just a wall of silence not to mention how much money is left in the bank. There has been talk on these boards of another fund raise "cash call" which would dilute current share holders which is why in my opinion and looking at the technical charts if this gets relisted I can see this opening at 1p and if this does I'll be buying up hard for a quick profit and selling at 1.50p region, when I say buying up hard I've got 100k spare in my portfolio so a quick 50K profit will see me nice. DONT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO S7 FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT HE IS POSITIVELY DEMENTED OVER GDP BEING DOWN AGAIN TODAY.

HOWEVER, TO THE INFORMED THEY KNOW THATS JUST AS I SAID IT WOULD BE EARLIER AND HE IS NOW CRYING IN HIS CHIPS.

THIS IS MORE INTERESTING......

Online Blockchain have been quietly going about their business and news has been and is being dampened down, particularly on their mining operation and the on-going negotiations that are always just an RNS away, there are deal/s in negotiations. Such as the Gibraltar Stock Exchange negotiations that were never RNS'd. OK that deal didn't complete but somewhere along the line a big deal will come off. That is why I hold this stock.

It's already spiked to £1.85p. And it will no doubt surpass this as the crypto nerds focus in on OBC. (Oil & Gas traders don't understand this market and should stay away).What those deals are will become apparent IF they're signed up. Remember, the Chambers ethos is that only 'signed deals' are RNS'd, negotiations are not disclosed. (More of which I'll go into later in this blog).

OBC have now launched five crypto-coins. Bueno, Brazio, Manila, Veggie and the original Plus1 Coin. What most investors haven't realised is that those five crypto currencies are seeds and look set to net OBC circa $1,000,000+ in Bitcoin forked coins over the next year or so. Each crypto, before it's launch, is pre-mined. That’s to say that up to 20% of each coin is mined by OBC. I know that Buenos, Brazio Veggie and Manila coins were pre-mined. Now here's an accountant’s question. Plus1coin has a MC of $250k. So hypothetically now there's a $50k crypto currency asset. When it goes to $1M that's $200k. That scenario is the same for each coin that OBC launch.

I agree; there is nothing sinister about Parry his is just very immature and naive. However, if successful he will be subliminally moulded into acceptability by his peers.

This is big business that he claims to be aiming for and both he and Verdue will have to learn, primarily, a public conformity of the dress code if they want to progress to enter the big boys club!

interesting points, and well made rodson. its true he has missed many dates and not kept his word numerous times. I for one, think we should put this down to sheer areas of lacking skills as apposed to anything more sinister!!!! the benefit of the doubt I feel is needed here! lets get behind him, give him what he needs in the form of support and money so he can have a damn good stab at it and he can be judged a year from now.

Well said peargar! I have disagreed with Parry on a number of relevant issues mainly sticking to his given word, for example we are long overdue on mining info which he said would be soon...that was over six months ago. Etc etc.

I feel,that with GOLDBLOC he did not study the magnitude of the project and really has bitten off to much for his capabilities. However being the opinionated guy that he his failure is not in his vocabulary ......so I have this down as a winner and have told him so together with the numerous crits, which although true he did not like.


So at this late stage in the game we shareholders should, in order to present a consolidated unified front, offer him. as CEO, our support. Only the passage of time can judge if we are idiots for doing so!

It's a patient persons game from now on in as its all uncharted territory! However that all said done and dusted I must add that as a person I find Parry to be most objectionable. Normally, I don't give a fvck for people in general, but as Person who never goes back on the given word and one to whom a 12 o'clock appointment means 12 not 5 past, Cameron may desire his feet under the world bank table........but he would never get them under my dining room table in fact they would never grace the doorstep!

I think I speak for everyone here when I say we want lion to succeed. so I for one am not concerned on the relist and also welcome a share issue during the relist so it will give Cameron plenty of money to develop this ground breaking company!!!! I have tweeted and emailed him to let him know his shareholders are 100% behind him and I hope he feels free and relaxed to take such action. #ANYTHIGNYOUNEEDCAMERON
