Just to recap

We have a share in a Gold miner in India, who don't actually produce gold, on land they haven't secured rights to, in a country which doesn't have private goldmines, and has a certain reputation for less than perfect business dealings.

We have a share in a gold miner in Finland, which again doesn't actually produce any gold, but would like to.

We have an idea to link gold with credit cards, why I don't know.

And now we have given most of our free cash to a serial start-up King who a few months ago set up a dating agency for businesses and banks?

Did I miss something?

Well yesterday I placed on this board before the fall I saw the decline now in place and a fall to between 2.2-2.1pence. Which is a point of support.

Well that comment got moderated!!!

However I expect this to be hit very soon and would expect decline to continue much deeper.

Is it even 6 months?

Growth must be stellar if LION are handing over possibly most of their free cash to buy in?

What is Railsbank worth?, profits?, turn over?

Is it legal to buy shares in a separate small company, and then use possibly most of your own company's cash to buy into the company you have just taken a share in?

this start-up raised 1.2 million dollars, not the 12m you have suggested.


So it isn't a Nordic bank

It is a software start-up by a man who excels in serial financial start-ups

And your directors have given him possibly all the remaining cash?

That can't be correct.

At least this Railsbank have a long and established history?

Are listed so we can get a measure of their worth?
