I must say a very impressive performance in the several hours since my last post. Although that said a few of the buys are mine.

Stick with Cameron a really credible CEO who is going places!

Good update there Laddy, wish there were more informed posters such as you here.

I am more than pleased to have built up a substantial holding in this company at under 2p and honestly believe that others would be wise to do the same if they want to make a few bob. But as is always the case.....you must please yourselves!

Lots of news flow due in the coming weeks:

aimchaos.files.wordpress.com/2017/02/lionsgold-ltd-commentary-27-02-2017.pdf

We could see a resource upgrade for Jonnagiri in the next couple of days, perhaps.

The Company will be revenue generating within 3-4 weeks, post launch of TRAC India.

So much going on here, and in my view very undervalued.

Its just the way these things go, nothing in the market ever runs in a straight line and is rarely predictable accurately.

I look at this as being in at the bottom and not knowing where the top is, guided only by the potetial of a €60 million dollar company....but who knows!

Agreed Paleje.

Another positive is that we are currently seems we are still above the recent trendline up from 1p in december.

It went up on nothing, escapetohome, solid news will come and it will go up again but stay in a higher range imo. Nothing wrong with quick profits though.

I liked this from the RNS

Cameron Parry, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "This is an exciting time as we look to develop the Company rapidly under the Lionsgold brand. I am pleased to report that our Finland Gold JV is progressing well and Lionsgold has commenced paying the next EUR350,000 previously agreed to see Lionsgold's shareholding increase through 28% of Kalevala, our Finnish operating company."

spot on about woodward - and its like i said its all down to the players.

woodward had time to prepare (and that is what he is very good at when he has the time) a team for a world cup for a few years.

more importantly though he had key players at their peak and hitting form - vickery, thompson, johnson, hill, dallaglio, back, dawson, wilkinson, tindall, robinson, lewsey. it makes a big difference when you have that many key players in a team and he used to go into england games telling the opposition england would win and they did - that is why everybody outside of england hates him.

his mentality was always to tell the oppositions what england would do to them and put them under pressure and to be fair most times it worked because england had the players to do it. the lions, however, didnt and it ended up putting more pressure on the lions than nz, who did have the players. i think this is where his mgmt style fell down - he should have adapted it based on what he had and what he was up against, not continued on the old england ploy.

I agree, crammy, it should be a tough tri-nations with Oz playing as well as they are.

Woodward's a funny old bloke. More players? Does that mean that his selection policy was flawed, and he left better players at home?

There was a lot of mouthing off from SCW that the Lions would hit us hard in two areas, the forwards and the defence. The players have to step up to the plate for what goes on on the field, but SCW didn't do them any favours by talking them up so much beforehand, and denying the key players any game time together.

I see Woodward's resorted to the old, "well, who has the World Cup" comebacks. Pity they can't strip his knighthood and give it to the men who really won the World Cup, Martin Johnson and Jonny Wilko.
