Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial advisory group, announces that on 6 June 2017 the Group's Compliance and Risk Director, Mr Ken Paterson, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.5p per Ordinary Share for his ISA.

Following the above transaction, Mr Paterson has total beneficial holding of 45,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.035% of the Company's issued share capital.
