I will be in the room and along with ShareSoc will be looking to see the voting is undertaken correctly and pushing for a full count of all the shares held not just show of hands in the room.
I am very confident that this delisting will be defeated but not sure what that will lead to next as it should not have been blindly proposed by the Board in the first place.

DH was questioned yesterday about the logic of going ahead with the meeting in view of the numbers against and basically said do not believe what you read in the papers and that it will go ahead you ignorant ill informed shareholder

re pulling the proposal, I think at this stage it would be good to see the board embarassed - given that it looks to be a dead duck, the question arises as to whether the motion is actually defeated. I daresay it would be cheaper to bin the whole idea and call off the meet but an actual show of force would be good to see.
