Yes, that is an understandable concern, but if the Directors were purely motivated to enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders then I don't think they would have done the tender offer.
I'm a fairly new investor here and I thought the tender offer was well managed and has given me a little extra funds (and confidence) to reinvest here at a significant discount to cash.

It shouldn't be long before there is news concerning targets.

Saying that , I have a horrible feeling its going to be something to do with Discount Dragon, and if it is, then doing due diligence on a business you already own would make it a bit of a farce.

A bit of rooting around shows quite a few familiar names from the Immotion days are involved.

Downside for me is that they somehow find ways of finding ways to spend the 7 million on their selves.

Adding small amounts at these levels. £7m cash, plus $1.25m due next year, plus small Vodiac business, all for £5m market cap. Limited downside here and shares could pop on acquisition announcement.

Good update.£7m cash plus £1m ($1.25m) due in Feb.Equivalent of £8m cash.191m shares. So 4.2p cash per share.HBE orders received from QVC in UK and US and three new Let's Explore products have been developed.Due diligence started on possible acquisition.

So as my previous calculation

£7.75m retained in 190,849,873 shares in issue = 4.06p

So currently (at 2.9p to buy) we are trading at 28% below cash.

I've now heard back from the Nomad, Cenkos. As far as they're aware, things are on track for payment today the 19th (as stated in the RNS), they can't speak as to why HL gave an earlier date.

NAI, DYOR , IMO, etc etc
