Posted at 01/9/2023 09:24 by bennywin RE acquisition. From 29th June It has now narrowed its focus and has entered into preliminary due diligence on a possible target. The Company will keep shareholders fully advised as matters progress. And that's why investors like Napoleon have given up on this lot. Despite previous assurances that they would improve communications with their investors, they repeatedly fall short. |
Posted at 29/8/2023 16:30 by napoleon 14th I'm outa here @ 2.5p/share. Lots patience with this load if malarki and will keep awayfrom any Higinbottom ventures in future. Looked to have a good future but when it seemed to come right, the business was sold. Makes you wonder who bought & what the relationship with IMMO management is, as many a business has been built with investors' money and "sold" on the cheap. Often on AIM, but also on main market. Remember PAYS, the money transfer/wallet biz? Same old, same old IMO. |
Posted at 25/7/2023 14:25 by edpick Yes, that is an understandable concern, but if the Directors were purely motivated to enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders then I don't think they would have done the tender offer.I'm a fairly new investor here and I thought the tender offer was well managed and has given me a little extra funds (and confidence) to reinvest here at a significant discount to cash. |
Posted at 04/5/2023 08:57 by bennywin It was late Divmad, so no !Going forward, they managed to make early investors a loss after many years, so why should the next stage be any different ?. |
Posted at 19/4/2023 13:51 by bennywin I’m not arguing with you, it’s just that from my point of view, they have two products to sell. They both have very dated independent web sites, and the over all investor page offers nothing to potential investors. That’s why I suspect they will call it a day once the stock has sold. |
Posted at 19/4/2023 13:26 by bat5hit Again, it's their investor page, not a consumer website |
Posted at 29/3/2023 10:08 by bennywin One that they can keep bubbling for 5 years without actually achieving any financial benefit to investors ?It’s going to take an extraordinarily great acquisition to remotely interest me . |
