LEKOIL (AQSE: LEK), the Cayman Islands litigation asset company with an investment in oil & gas assets in Nigeria,

is pleased to provide the following operational update.

Operational Development for the month of May 2022 taken from information provided by Lekoil Nigeria

   --      Otakikpo: 

o Oil production in May 2022 of 4,230 bopd (gross)/1,692 bopd (net).

o Drilling of Otakikpo-4 continued during the month.

   --      OPL 310 (Ogo): 

o No material update.

   --      OPL 325: 

o No material update.

   --      OPL 276 

o No material update.
