Inverse head and shoulders being played out on charts.

give it a few more sessions and this will start its ride back up to 10p to put the other shoulder in place.

Given some decent news, no reason this should not then carry on back into the 20's.

Just added 20000 shares on Nex. Seems too cheap with that recent MOU. May brave a few more though.

Currently generating revenues of about $4m per month with a small debt and good cash pile.Just sellers dragging this down imo and once cleared will see a big bounce. News should help

Sellers are great for buy opps, but I do worry slightly that they know something I don't and I usually end up receiving the letter from the administrators informing me of zero distribution for shareholders. Had loads of these from my bottom drawer investments.

I don't want to be Lek down. :)

Looks like seller got 4.5p for 650,000 shares sell, a bit better than the selling below 4p a week or so ago.

Meanwhile otakikpo ML11 , our producing licence has some attractive numbers here;Highlights of CPR Recoverable Volumes figures:-- 48.6 million barrels (MMbbl) Gross 2P reserves (previous CPR 15.0 MMbbl); 19.42 MMbbl net to LEKOIL Nigeria-- 331.6 million barrels of Gross aggregate stock tank oil in place (STOIIP) prospective volumes on a P50, unrisked basis, mean estimate (previous CPR 163.0 MMbbl), of which 132.6 MMbbl is net to Lekoil Nigeria-- 2P NPV10 of US$226 million, after income taxes, net to LEKOIL Nigeria Lekan Akinyanmi, CEO of LEKOIL said, "We are very pleased that McDaniel's review has further confirmed our view of the attractiveness and future potential of the Otakikpo project. This CPR doubles the estimates for unrisked oil resources net to LEKOIL Nigeria and reinforces the economics of the development. We now look forward, subject to securing the necessary funding, to the multi-well drilling programme aimed at increasing production to approximately gross 15,000 to 20,000 bopd."

The OPL 310 licence issue has been going on for over a year even when this was trading at 10p+. we already own 17% and the issue is with the 23% that we bought from Afren. Needed ministerial consent and imo will be resolved soon.
The key reason for the drop from 10p area over the last 3 months was the 2 institutions selling. Imo we are near the end of the overhang and the profit taking by some who bought about 3p just 3 weeks back.

Needs some good updates from the company. Resolving the licence issue with the Nigerian authorities ( mafia?) would help. MOU turning to reality without any revisions will restore credibility, but that will be a while yet.

This seller cleared thing is abit uncertain as I think traders have been taking profits from sub 4p.

A nice trade to be had from yesterday from 4.5p to 5p if someone was quick, on the ball and lucky.
