Love that Nigerian voice article, that's a stunner even by Nigerian standards. No demand for gas off Lagos :).
The application has been stuck in the DPR for years, that's why they had to go to court to bypass it.
Optimum board includes Richard Adelu - former DD at the DPR.

Bid creeping up from 9.81p to 9.85p after 2 tiny sell.
One of them been 100, lol. I call the bottom.

Also the drill is an up-drill. Which is much safer (to strike oil) than a deep-drill.

Net for AMER = 3 millions barrels.

He's a complete loony - a clueless one at that which means he should be sectioned before he looses all his money. The numerous properties he has sold to fund his delusions is behind help. He has been talking about how great Lek is since 18p +, piling his money in and gets exited now that it's a tad over 9p - of course, completely oblivious to the fact that he has lost 50% of his initial investment. Don't know whether to pity someone like him or just accept that there will always be the irrational looney tunes that will manage to loose most things. Very sad if it wasn't true!
