I agree with RTW those who took part in the Placing were told days before what their allocation was and most likely sold the equivalent number of placed shares at the higher price and then got them back 25% cheaper in the placing - corruption is still very much alive and kicking in the London Aim market, Aye!

Some reasonably decent purchases so far this morning. Volumes could break 50m again.

All very healthy out there.

RTW1 - whats L2 looking like? I would imagine we are near a further tick-up.

I think you mean Zaf !!! You traders / newbies are funny LMAO :) The placees would have forward sold their shares like I said before and they will sell into the VS update news if they want to bank profit from 0.3p . They know what's coming next as do we !!!

We'll have to disagree, 15% dilution but not sure how much is Zak's, VS are doing really well if you believe what you hear, but still awaiting an update, we need hard written facts/update not hype/speculation.

The people who took part in the placing sold at 0.42p and are back in at 0.3p . They will sell on news so I can only see the share price increasing from Thursday onwards .

Don't think the extra placing shares will make a jot of difference actually.

The very minor dilution due to the extra stock, will be more than compensated for with the much bigger increase in the intrinsic value of VS.

A decent start. Friday's disposal news shows we are starting a new growth tack here. The minor dilution is no problem whatsoever as the funds are used to assist much higher growth going forward.

The 1p party may be delayed, but it's still on.
