Now that's what I call dutch courage. You'd have thought he would have been in a better mood having got back from Newbury in an hour. A journey which ordinarily takes an hour and a half or considerably more at 5.30pm on a Friday. That section of the M25 is always at a standstill , as is the A3 at Tolworth , A24 etc.
What a life he must have if he has to make up things like that.
