Not 100% sure that there are two - Google are clouding the issue somewhat, but this article ties in with the new VS director, by virtue of his birth date - December 1961:-

Belt - we are trading now at least to a 50% discount relative to NAV, could possibly be a lot more, given the continued growth in VS.

When you take into account the first deals that will come from IBS, the growth in interest and deals in Crowd for Angels, and the Dunraven 100m barrels, plus as everybody forgets, our other assets, maybe 0.25p should be our price now and not 0.2p.

This week's increased interest plus the announcement from VS yesterday of a new director bodes very well for LEG going forward.

Maybe next week we will finally start to move away from the recent placing price.

As it happens I tried to short this one recently, IG index (which I use for currencies, gold and shorting only) would not allow a short.

The facts: Marketcap £ 81M. yet NAV of £ 10.58M with a 2017 loss of £ 1.69M. A real AIM jam tomorrow stock. In my view best to avoid.

I have recently been looking to expand my personal portfolio (I already have LEG, my only AIM and various FTSE100& 250's).

I have been looking at other AIM companies. However, what I seem to find is a lot of 'jam tomorrow' companies that have a NAV of approx 1/10th of market value. A lot of these companies do not even make a profit. Having recently sold a private company, and looking at the criteria we used, I find it actually astonishing the market value of some AIM companies.

What I do like about LEG is that we are well discounted to NAV, we do seem to be unloved by the market (which is great when you are looking to pick up cheap stock), and if the CEO is to be believed the market value should be miles higher than where we are today. Personally, I also have no need to sell in short term (never need to sell actually), so I can wait. In my view, the market value could eventually be multiples of where we are today, that is what I believe the CEO has recently been hinting (shouting out loud, but Mr Market has not cottoned on yet).

The thing about the CEO is that although Legendary was listed on AIM in 2000, it was only taken over by the current management in late 2000 (Zaf was there before 2000, but not in a position of control), with the plan to invest in start-up and small companies ,and hold the shares for 2-7 years.

The core value is presently with Virtualstock, and as we all know, with plans to list either on the UK market or Nasdaq. Yesterday, as part of the story there is a new director on board, so tangible things are happening.

So I will definitely be holding my LEG at least until we see how the Virtualstock plan pans out. Probably longer.

Have a great week-end!

There is obviously something brewing, but having said that, the previous two days buying has more than accommodated the 10m sell.

If anyone is mug enough to depart at the placing price, that's up to them.

Patience and forward looking intelligence will pay off in spades in the future.

This needs looking into a lot further. The recent buying interest in LEG wasn't for nothing.

As for the "German" story - I'm going for a major contract with either LIDL or ALDI.

A while back they did say they were in final talks with a German collaboration / business - they may have signed a deal and the German company may wish one of their guys as a director as part of the deal ? Pure speculation
