Feel free to dissect what I have posted I'm happy to be convinced of errors or that things are different.

The first point you posted is key. If Zaf was in your management team and he had never met his stated aim in the 7 years he was in his post, would you still employ him. Yes or no?

Soup: When I was company director/owner , I knew fully what was going on and also trusted what I was told by our management team (which in my opinion was the best). You do not seem to trust what Zaf has said in an interview, and if I was you I would sell up. If you cannot trust the management, move on.

Belt, as an investor I have the right to ask questions. Overall I'm positive, but that doesn't mean I have to be ignorant.

Since you have previously mentioned you were a company director, did you ask questions of performance when you were in that role, or did you blindly accept what you were told?
