Sid,
Please be less provocative.

Soup & Sam have done some great research and it would be a shame if they stopped doing it.

Hi Professor agree in principle however your comment about as long as the money's spent wisely, Zaf has borrowed money before and LEG have had very little to show for it, it's one of the main reasons I question his fiscal acumen. Have a placing to pay off a loan only to borrow it back and them some!!

Couldn't agree more gb1. If there's a placing, then not really a big deal as long as the cash is used for sensible things. NJ's £1m holding is surefire confidence in VS and it's future, our stake is probably worth multiples of the £4.5m now with the things going on, but as you say patience is key.

I spend hours researching info and if I find something that I think maybe interesting to others Im happy share it on BB's like this. Only a A-Hole like you would pick up on the fact I used the word contract instead of partnership.

Besides wouldnt VS have signed a contract when they set up their partnership with Wincaton? Have they agreed on a deal with Previse based on just a handshake?

Instead on picking up on my mistakes why dont you do a little reasearch yourself? Have a look at the 21 new names and tell us who they are, why they are suddenly invested in VS, did they buy the shares, how much did they pay?

If you want to knock VS or LEG then by all means do so but at least try and do it in a
less sarcastic way and who knows, you may find that a little research will release some of your bitterness.

Dont bother replying to this, Im not as understanding as Soup, Ive no intention of arguing with you. RIP

🍉

gb1 - Thanks for the support.

Sid you seem bitter towards LEG from being happy some 6-9 months ago, your being pedantic about Sams comments, we all know what he was eluding too. VS are expanding and getting some healthy blue chip clients...

Thanks Sam.

Can you remind me which contracts VS have signed since last year?

Partnerships where they give away a decent percentage of their revenues, I have seen, but new contracts?

Given their penchant for tweeting important things like their Easter egg hunt, I think its quite likely they would tweet about a new contract.

Looks like Nick Jenkins (Moonpig) holds £1m in VS shares, other new minor shareholders seem to be staff @VS, LEG stake is £4.5m, think the reason for below par Sp is the cloud of a placing and the markets lack of confidence in Zaf! Patience required for VS re-rate or float within 6-9 months imho.

Ive spent 2hrs looking up the names of the 21 people and I haven't found one that I can link directly to VS. So I have no idea what, if anything, these people paid.

What is clear is that both Notion and LEG paid £10 for each share last July and VS was valued at £66m. Using that same £66m valuation and taking into account every newly issued share (from both LEG and VS) LEG shares should be worth 0.14p today.

Surely, with the new contracts VS have gained since last year, this valuation should have grown?

So 0.14p (on just the VS valuation alone) should be the base price but because of the fear of an expected placing anytime soon we are stuck where we are.

Another posting by VS today but this one was more interesting and revealed a whole host of new share holders. 21 new names that Ive never seen before. When I get chance I'll look them up and report back if it reveals anything.

It also cleared up the mystery of Notion's investment, I can now confirm that they did received their full allocation of 450,000 shares. They got 190,000 newly issued shares and 130,000 each from ex-directors E Bradley and T Ingham.

The recent 113,000 & 54,000 issues seem to have gone mainly to these 21 new people. So Soup could be correct in suggesting these could be bonus's to staff for hitting their targets.

I love my numbers so I will be able to sleep tonight.

A good morning to all genuine lEG holders.

mccracken227 - an especially good morning to you. Yes, great rider, Belle Vue (Hyde Rd) a fabulous track as well.

Had many great trips there in the 1970's especially for the BLRC. Great times, great days. Good luck to you, see you on the 4th bend!

One thing the issues do is confirm that the VS shares cost LEG £10 each last year and whoever got the other recent ones also paid the same price.

It also means LEG now only holds 7% (not 7.2%)of the 6,771,924 VS shares issued but it also confirms that, based on these numbers, LEG shares are worth 0.142p based on VS alone.

Hope this makes sense.
