VIRTUALSTOCK can easily become a unicorn company worth $1b (our CEO words on video interview YouTube dated December 14th 2015) . That makes Leg worth 1.875p , why do you think VS attracted a CEO from Samsung who grew sales from 1-4 billion within a year and the X director of PROCURMENT from the NHS .

1p sooner rather than later .

I'll be very interested to see exactly where we close today. Anything above 0.31/0.33p will be very bullish.

Yup! Our yearly spend is less than £150k and our net asset value is possibly around £25m.

The market hasn't even noticed LEG yet.

paleje - I'm no expert on LEG, but the $250k loan will be paid in stock, not cash.

To me the cash is merely a "floating fund", it's the value of the assets here that is paramount.

It's the same as having a decent share portfolio, worth hundreds of thousands of pounds, but £50 in the bank.

When you need cash you liquidate some shares. Remember also that the bosses hardly take any remuneration, it's mainly in stock options.

They are building a very valuable entity here which at 0.3p is very undervalued.

It will continue to be undervalued at 1p given the potential value of VS, the Bosques news, and the gold play.

It's not cash that counts but NAV.

I do agree with you 100% though on fund raising. Nobody here would mind if LEG raised money to invest in another company like VS!

RTW/prof, I read the interims and they had ~160k cash but that was more than 6 months ago. There's nothing wrong with raising money depending on why and the cost.
