From Mike Clothier Head of Service Delivery at VS. I'm not going to pretend I know what he's on about.

I recently spent 3 very engaging days at the Service Desk Institute Conference #SDI18 discovering new working habits and software as well as listening to some fantastic keynote speakers #nigelrisner #geofframm

The Service Delivery team at #Virtualstock have got some very exciting changes coming over the next 12 months, a few to mention are;

- Membership and certification into the #SDI
- Implementation of a new ITSM system
- Enhancements in service desk reporting
- Company wide implementation of a new DMS system

I look forward to working with my amazing team as we strive towards enhancing the service excellence we deliver to our external and internal customers.

You should save up for a day coach trip to Oxford, very nice place it is.
Have a look at Mansfield College - happy days there 1952-1956.
Good, decent, educated people.
Not SCUM like today.

A proud eastender actually.

He's like a broken record.

Could do the world a favour by top slicing his head. I'm busting for a pee.

Its a pity that Soundcloud doesn't have transcripts, the approach and business case for Previse actually makes a lot of sense when you hear them talk about it.

Still a long term aspect of what is going on with VS but all part of the jigsaw.
