You can dismiss the PATHFINDER holdings - they were a temporary measure - the shares have been distributed to the pioneer investors.

Yes,sorry Soupdragon;it was the frequency with which IBS were(and are) transferring its shares from nominee to nominee that obscured the true picture.

Nice try mudbath but still an amateurish attempt.

When LEG were handed their lot there were 1,000,000 shares in issue. Leg were transferred 120,000 from Pathfinders original holder of 1m.

Now there are 1,081,000 shares in issue.

With the number of shares issued by IBS doubling recently;does this mean that it is now worth £20million?
If not then the value(if any) of LEG's holding has halved.
No wonder they could not get it past the auditor.

chap on lse called superlucky who seems to have the measure of this company.

Whilst your average donut on the thicko thread just accepts a company in a shed that cant get a licence to operate has really gone up in value from zero to $10mln, he seems to argue that that valuation may be a bit of a stretch.

By about $10mln.

I think that late buying surge, when someone waded in for 175k shares could be a sign. Why else would someone commit about 200 quid unless they knew something?
