Our CEO and director hold VS shares personally as well , which is a very good sign .

RTW, LEG increased their shareholding in VS Holdings when you compare the recent VS Holdings info on companies house to last year.

15 April 2015 = 372241 shares held by LEG
4 April 2016 = 447482 shares held by LEG

Not sure if this is a percentage increase or just increase to cover a dilution?

ps. Checking the above it looks like LEG's holding in VS Holdings has been upped from 6.2% to bang on 7% in the past year.

My post from last week :-

As part of the Transaction, Legendary has negotiated further warrants over new shares and options over existing shares of VSHL representing 1.2% of the fully diluted equity of VSHL, with an exercise price per share of the current placing price. In aggregate, following the Transaction, Legendary's equity, warrant and option interest in VSHL has risen from 5.0% to 5.6% of the fully diluted equity of VSHL.

This is how we could get extra % of VS (By NEGOTIATING warrants over new shares and options over existing shares).

It would be interesting if we could find out if there are any other options available to Leg at this very time ? . Otherwise it looks like we could get more % when and if VS raises more money because our CEO knows we would get diluted and I'm sure he would have put it in a clause or something similar .

By raising funds for them (read through the rnss) or by placing . If we get another 3% our mkt cap would be worth 7m pounds (- dilution) and that would still be outdated . It would be seen as positive and the share price would rocket regardless of dilution because the funds would be for growth .

VS tendering for this ?

A tender worth £400m is up for grabs from the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust (UCLH) as it seeks an IT partner for a 10-year digital transformation project.
The tender, which starts at £150m, seeks a company to develop a unified ICT service model designed to “provide staff and patients with access to the right systems, at the right place, at the right time to enable the delivery of efficient and effective patient care”.
The tender does not offer much more than an overview of how the Trust wants its IT to be shaped over the next decade, but does outline several goals that it wants the successful strategic partner to achieve.
These include the provision of innovative technologies that support the Trust’s strategic and digital transformation agendas, the improvement of the quality of service provided to users of the technology, value for money while delivering improved services, and tangible benefits for the organisation.
The Trust's digital transformation programme will encompass all application and technical architecture, data management, information governance, managing procurement and IT contracts, and systems integration.
It will also involve working on foundation services, such as application support and maintenance, information security, running a service desk, and providing technology training to the hospital’s staff.
UCLH is ideally looking for a single supplier to become its strategic partner, although it said that consortiums will be considered if the companies nominate a primary contractor and provide an appropriate guarantee to deliver the objectives outlined in the tender. The Trust is also limiting the number of bidders to 10.
Like much of the wider public sector, the NHS is keen to pursue digital transformation as a way to deliver more cost-effective services.
