VS have today, issued another filing on companies house but the details are not yet available.

It could simply be notice about the extra shares LEG got, taking us from 6.8 to 7.2% or a reshuffling of the current allocation. I'll post the details as soon as I see them.

Or you can keep an eye on them yourselves here:-

Better a broken toe than a broken leg! I broke my right little toe as a kid, and that helped me become a 2 footed footballer.

What didnt help, was being partial to big macs.

Cheers KK - and all the best to you and yours too.

Apart from a broken little toe which is just a niggle really, not too bad considering we all almost drowned in London yesterday.

Never known such a day in August.

Yes, very excited about things going forward here, think Zaf has got things going nicely behind the scenes.

Perhaps I'll change my moniker to "Professor Optimist".

All the best.

I'm going for Morrisons, or possibly Boots given the proposed US interest.

Interesting conjecture - and also the NHS roll-out to be wrapped up by the end of this year.

Good morning all, and good luck to all genuine holders here.

Anyone like to guess as to VS's next retail contract?

Thanx gbenson1

While I dont post every day I thought I read everything that was posted on here so I must have missed the bit -'Notion might be paid back in an extra % of VS or warrants'

Todays RNS has no mention of LEG's extra shares so Im guessing there will be another one in the next day or two.

I calculated LEG got 27,000 for our £260k or £9.63 each = 0.15p

Also Sam it would be nice to think Notion paid £24+ for their VS shares as that would mean Legs 4.5m ish shares are worth £10.8m. Or 0.30+ per leg share

Hi Sam the man 1, this was discussed the other day, as the £4.5m was an investment to include expansion costs/ breaking into the US, Notion bought 190k shares at £10 and the remainder is their loan to VS which "might" be paid back in an extra % of VS or warrants?

At last I get some numbers. I can’t live without my numbers. But now I have even more questions

On 17/7, when Notion invested in VS, I calculated that for LEG’s share in VS to drop from 7% to 6.8% VS must have issued 190,000 extra shares’ and today I find that was correct.

From that I'm assuming these were given to Notion leaving them a 2.9% share in VS but they invested £4.5m so. Did they pay £23.68 per share or £10.00 and if it was the latter what did they get for their other £2.6m?

Help!!!!!🍉

Morning all - in a rush, out all day in what will probably be a rather wet London!

Good luck to all genuine holders, let's hope yesterday's momentum continues, and LEG carries on attracting more and more interest.

Have a good day y'all.

Morning all, hope the Warrant consortium are finished and the share price can gain some upside, good luck to all holders.

Because we got such a good percentage, I'd love to know exactly what terms Zaf has negotiated.

It's not going to be on bad ones for LEG, he'll make sure of that.

Apparently it will take between 2-3 months for any required licences and permissions to come through, so I don't suppose we'll get any more RNS's on IBS until at least November.

Meanwhile, over at VS.............................
