So we have one or two major questions to ponder.

Have we already written in stone, the option to go to 10% at or around the original price we took 7.5% at?

I believe we have around £1m in cash waiting a home. Will it be utilised to take our VS stake up to 10%, and if so at what valuation?.

Has there already been a deal done by Zaf with VS, whereby LEG get first refusal at 10% but at a price dependent on contracts won by VS?

It all adds up to an intriguing speculation going forward.

I think we will see many RNS's in the coming months unravelling the plan going forward.

If zaf had agreed an increase to 10 % at a low rate some time ago and kept it quiet he would go up in my estimations significantly - but this really would be pulling it out of the bag and I am not convinced this will happen. I agree I don't think we can afford a 2.5 % increase in our stake at current Mcap estimates and would be better sticking with our bargain 7% and look for another undervalued high potential diamond in the rough and get our foot in the door early.

Any rumours of listing is obviously good news for all involved, so hopefully we hear something from VS / LEG this year. 10% - I suspect the cost to raise our holding would be too much for LEG to afford (with VS value increasing) without raising funds, unless LEG/VS have previously agreed on a discounted rate within a specified time frame as part of original deal.

evans10 - you are correct with the 10% option. It is still there.

As for a listing, it's been a rumour around quite a while. I personally go with it, and so do lots here.

Zaf is no mug. He's kept us shareholders waiting a very long time - he knows it - he also knows what is to come.

That is why I accumulate this stock on any appreciable dip or as and when funds allow.

I think not only will we eventually see the 1p party target (and beyond) but we will snaffle 10% in VS and they will have floated by the end of 2018.

CPAP - apologies if I've missed something obvious, but where has it been suggested that VS intend to be list this year? Also, do LEG still have to option to increase holding to 10%, or have I made this up in my head?

A valuation of £240m for VS, means our stake in VS is valued at £16.8m, our current value is £5.8m, looks cheap to me.
