I get the very strong feeling that when we do get news from VS it is going to be far more positive than many feel.

Looking at the RSI, a key indicator, ths does not become overbought till around .35p

But then again, if the right news comes, stocks can remain overbought for a long time, think .50p is really possible.

Good start here. Sainsbury's/Home Retail merger being discussed on CNBC at the moment.

Maybe we've had no news recently because things like this have to be tied up before we get any announcements from VS.

Pushing towards the 0.3p handle now.

Keep up the digging and L2 info RTW1. It's like having a personal adviser to hand at the click of a mouse.

PP ,

The bullish move is already confirmed on the short and medium term chart because we have had 2 bullish white candles on the trot (today was confirmation) . As the price keeps rising the monthly candle will get taller and get more and more bullish until it engulfs the previous monthly candle (within 1/2 days IMHO) .

We closed above the 50 dma as well and that's a very bullish sign .

Looking at your post 3773 RTW1, it seems we need to break and hold above 0.3p for the bullish moves to be confirmed.

I'm very encouraged by today's price action, a cumulative 20% gain in two days when the markets in general have been rather lacklustre is very positive.

Looking for a bullish engulfing pattern on the monthly candlestick chart within a few days as well .

The bullish engulfing pattern consists of two candlesticks, the first black and the second white. The size of the black candlestick is not that important, but it should not be a doji which would be relatively easy to engulf. The second should be a long white candlestick – the bigger it is, the more bullish. The white body must totally engulf the body of the first black candlestick. Ideally, though not necessarily, the white body would engulf the shadows as well. Although shadows are permitted, they are usually small or nonexistent on both candlesticks.

After a decline, the second white candlestick begins to form when selling pressure causes the security to open below the previous close. Buyers step in after the open and push prices above the previous open for a strong finish and potential short-term reversal. Generally, the larger the white candlestick and the greater the engulfing, the more bullish the reversal. Further strength is required to provide bullish confirmation
