Soupdragon55 - read it again.

They have valued Bosques at £750k because there has been no up to date news from them yet.

It's like VS. We are still technically stuck at the £58m valuation. Beaufort have put a technical valuation on VS of £168m given our 7% stake is valued by them at £12.5m.

If you go through the note with a fine toothcomb, it seems that Beaufort have undervalued everything to be on the cautious side.

The real push upwards in the share price here will come when VS themselves issue an update to date revaluation, and Bosques issue further news.

The Beaufort note, issued this morning, is extremely comprehensive.

There is however, a line which should be taken note of.

Beaufort have a target price of 0.5p on LEG compared to the current 0.3p They value LEG's holding in VS alone at £12.5m which ironically is the TOTAL value (0.5p) of their target.

But, in the note they state that the 0.5p target price takes no account of any further growth in VS or other investments.

In other words, taking VS alone they state a target of 0.5p. In addition we have £1m in cash, and additional investments. So any growth in VS's valuation would go straight to the bottom line, and remember we haven't yet had an up to date valuation from VS themselves.

VERY UNDERVALED. STRONG BUY up to 1p in my view.
