have you seen the film "Mission Impossible 3 or 4" with Tom Cruise?

well it was a previous post that could be a conspiracy theory.

Anyway maybe out of place in here, but its only a forum

christh- you've pasted an extract of a journalists take on the tit-for-tat accusations of China and USA, though I'm unsure as to why. It stands to prove only that there are one or two US senators- I can only think of Tom Cotton at this point in time- and a Chinese dictatorship in denial, desperate to score cheap points. There is no evidence that the Coronavirus has been weaponised and used as a means of biological warfare.

I don't mean to disrespect you, nor would I ever wish you be silenced, but this isn't the place for conspiracy theories.

Hundreds of Scientists Scramble to Find a Coronavirus Treatment
In an ambitious international collaboration, researchers have “mapped” proteins in the coronavirus and identified 50 drugs to test against it.

By Carl Zimmer
March 17, 2020

Working at a breakneck pace, a team of hundreds of scientists has identified 50 drugs that may be effective treatments for people infected with the coronavirus.

Many scientists are seeking drugs that attack the virus itself. But the Quantitative Biosciences Institute Coronavirus Research Group, based at the University of California, San Francisco, is testing an unusual new approach.

The researchers are looking for drugs that shield proteins in our own cells that the coronavirus depends on to thrive and reproduce.

Many of the candidate drugs are already approved to treat diseases, such as cancer, that would seem to have nothing to do with Covid-19, the illness caused by the coronavirus.

Is COVID-19 Coronavirus A Bioweapon From A Lab? Here Is What Debunks This Theory

Don’t you just love conspiracy theories? Especially when two groups of people have pretty much the same conspiracy theory about each other?

Some folks including politicians in the U.S. and China have both suggested that the COVID-19 coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) that’s causing the pandemic may actually be a bioweapon that was manufactured in a lab. The only difference between their conspiracy theories is who’s being accused of doing the manufacturing.

christh-

Why should it be considered strange that this illness be difficult to treat, or that is has been around for some time?

That cases of Coronavirus have risen quickly in number and spread far and wide is characteristic of a pandemic, of which there have been many. What evidence do you have that leads you to believe that this is an act of 'biological warfare'?

There is not yet a cure for the common cold, such is the nature of a virus. There are, however, vaccinations for virus' such as flu and perhaps in the future, for Coronavirus. As this particular virus had not previously infected humans, it is quite understandable that there is not yet a vaccine.

...agents? All fanciful stuff and I should hope, an attempt at humor.

I have attended a recent share presentation and the company presenter of this health company was questioned about this virus.
And he said that is not new but an existing illness, very complicated to treat and going back years.

Don't you find this strange? Originated from China all of a sudden and rapidly spreading globally.
Bological warfare but by who?
US or China or an Alien force? Strange and puzzling!

But definetely has worked, creating uncertainty, chaos, financial instability!
Why was the outbreak of this illness an illness with no cure?
Couldn't they release an outbreak of a well known curable illness rather than this
difficult illness?

Were any agents flown worl wide to spread the illness?

Perhaps this came from Ian fleming novels or the Mission impossible film .

christh- whilst I agree that LTG is oversold, I simply cannot allow your previous post to go unanswered, for it borders on being the stuff of mad conspiracy theorists.

To suggest that Covid-19 was either manufactured or used to manipulate the markets makes little sense- financial institutions are and will continue to loose in a big way as a consequence.

Covid-19 is not newly discovered, rather is has not until now infected humans. Though scientists have a fairly good understanding of the illness, it is very difficult to predict the duration and severity of the outbreak, as it is also difficult to predict the economic impact too. It is uncertainty that causes the markets to fall in such a way.

I don't believe the market reaction to this pandemic is all that sensible, though it does no good to concoct conspiracy theories. I say all of this with no malice or disrespect intended.

yes,life goes on.
LTG has fallen from 170p to 120p
Very huge fall, which is oversold

Covid 19 is a manipulation by big financial institutions to make money.
It is not the a war but some weird evil way to scare people and cause colapse of the global economy.
How did it all started?
1.Brexit tried to bring the EU economy down.
2.US started a tarrif war with China!
3.Covid 19 is not a new illness but a known flu variation but not a threat to the world!

How will it all end?
When the big financial institutions invest at a next to nothing cost and have a big return to their masters!

My own assumptions!
