Thanks megasonic, great that you've practical experience of a product, and agree with your currency sentiment.

Report was a cracking read, recommend all holders take a peek

Have been watching LTG for a little while now and genuinely impressed by the board just getting their head down and working towards their goals. With the NetD purchase now, it looks likely they'll achieve £50m turnover target by next year.

Microscope: I think US (and global) expansion alongside sterling weakness may bolster cashflow. As for take up, don't know enough to comment on the market but I do use gomo for my SME company and can say it is a good, useful product which is priced so that different business sizes/types can subscribe. Expectation would be LTG delivers similar level of product from other parts of the group too. Long for a long time is my sentiment too !

Here's a recent report on LTG I read, a comprehensive brief on the company:

Results a week today. four things I'm looking for, strong 2nd half performance 2016, solid cashflow, growing 'take-up' numbers and bullish outlook.

Not a big eps fan as an indicator if I'm honest, a growing business takes care of that over time.

See no reason to worry that i won't get all four, if history is any indication with this company! Long and staying long here, hopefully for a long time :)

Most unlikely to be directors buying as the company will be in a closed period for such activity in advance of imminent '16 full year result announcement.

Placing result, but they have put their hands in their pockets.

Plenty of Director buying today. Always a good sign.

I have followed Mr. Wray and Hendersons in adding to my holding, something I regret not doing with my long-term holding of RWS. Look forward to the Brode magic being worked here. Certainly easier to get hold of on days like these.

Nigel Wray has now taken 3.08% according to the RNS.

Shares have never been easy to buy as small free float ex the board. Should however see much more liquidity following the Netd purchase, with millions of shares placed with Institutions to part fund the purchase.Next "event" presumably will be publication of '16 results some time late this month or early next.

Brode/Satchell wanted to turn this into a 50 million company... Take it they were talking profits! In my opinion just keep buying on any weakness, if you can.

Congratulations to Brode, Satchell and team on securing Netd, which went unconditional today. If, as brokers predict this morning, group earnings in 2018 are £16m plus, we should see material upside to the market cap/share price from here.

£1m is pocket change for Andrew Brode. Hugely successful financially :)

True. Mind you, so does Andrew Brode and he stumped up £1m!

Agree the sentiment but not sure yesterday's RNS proves the point. It was a transaction between 2 Directors - 1 sold and the other one bought from him. A nil sum game?! I also note that the seller, Setchell, did not participate in the Rights Issue.

SO very encouraging to see several board members substantially increasing their holdings, both in the placing to fund the Netd purchase, and on the RNS today.Always a good sign when "insiders" like the story!!

Does anybody know when the placing is due to take place? Despite being in general agreement with the overall sentiment expressed here, I am still surprised to see the share price holding up as well as it has.

Agree, particularly as the Netd share price appears to have been supported to some extent by LTG (almost certainly) wisely mopping up any loose shares this week at prices marginally below their offer price.

Keeping half an eye on the Net Dimensions share price. So far has remained solid at 95/96-100 which would suggest the market is not currently anticipating any rival offer.

Fully agree Tarrant777 - bounce back in the share price today !

Patience will be well rewarded if one has a 3-5 year investment horizon.

Good luck all :)

I agree and having ummed and erred for ages about buying this stock (on the grounds that it always looked expensive and I was looking for a 'buying opportunity'!) bought in today (not without a struggle; couldn't buy online and had to pay over the odds to get what I wanted). I have been in RWS for ages and it has done me proud and, despite not having a real handle on the NetDimensions deal (does anyone really know what "a global enterprise solutions provider of talent and learning management systems" is?), Brode's track record of acquiring and integrating businesses and his personal stake in the businesses lead me to back his judgement. If it's alright with him, it's alright with me. I was also impressed that when I was having a wobbly about the impact of currency fluctuations on RWS, I got a personal email back from Brode in short order with a polite and complete response to my enquiries.
