Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today, 28 March 2019, to approve the liquidation of the Company, were approved. The results are as shown below:

   Resolution 1    To approve the Liquidation Resolution as set out in the circular. 
   For:                  268,152 (100%) 
   Against:            0 (0%) 
   Abstention:      18 
   Resolution 2    To approve the Appointment Resolution as set out in the circular. 
   For:                  268,152 (100%) 
   Against:            0 (0%) 
   Abstention:      18 

As a result of the passing of the Resolutions, the Company has been placed into liquidation pursuant to the Law and PwC Luxembourg SC, represented by Ms Anne Laurent, has been appointed as Liquidator.

It is expected that cancellation of the listing of the Shares on the Official List and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and of the trading of the Shares on the London Stock Exchange and on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange will take place on 29 March 2019.
