Cancellation of listing and cancellation of admission to trading of Lavendon Shares

The board of Lavendon confirms that, following the application by Lavendon, the UK Listing Authority has cancelled the listing of Lavendon's ordinary shares of 1p each (ISIN: GB0005057541) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today.
