csm, yes - there is an imminent farm out agreement. I the consortium make a deal and the Irish government consent to the development program, it will unlock the value previously accounted for. It's a binary bet, but the upside is potentially massive.

If LOGP aren't bought out, I think they will do a Petrel resources.

The main lenders will probably see b/e around 6-7p which makes me consider they may want a return for the years of anticipation. Minimum 30% return, puts these at 10p. Fair value is currently around 15p before further upside is factored in,
