Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity

Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announces that it has received a notice to exercise share options over a total of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company (the "Option Shares"), for which funds of GBP80,500.00 have been received by the Company.

Application will be made for the admission of the Option Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Option Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 16 June 2021.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 105,756,961 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Landore Resources does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure of 105,756,961 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they require to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
