London, United Kingdom - 29 June 2023 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM : LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that is has today been notified that the Company's Finance Director, Glenn Featherby, has today purchased 225,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on market, at a price of 9.05 pence per share, for a total consideration of GBP20,362.50.

Accordingly, Mr Featherby is now interested in 2,892,720 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.51% of the Company's existing issued share capital (prior to settlement of his participation in the placing announced earlier today).
