Even a quick offer from Portugese to put us all out of our misery may materialise

£30mln ($40m) mkt cap for 2Moz gold resource?$20/oz for an in-the-ground resource in Ontario? Looks definitely on the low side to me.

No timelines given but due to the fact the CEO said he is finalising an announcement i would expect it to be days rather than weeks.

Its all about a TO in order to obtain any sort of fairish valuation

i forwarded a copy of the original reply message to Rayte he can confirm.

However a TO is how i see an exit may come to light, may not.

Reasoning is i think Gold is moving higher over the next few years, LND resource will grow and its valuation will become even more absurd, imho a £100M plus TO will be accepted.

I dont see the AIM market valuing LND much more than £30 - 50M or LND becoming a producer.

Im sure long suffering shareholders as well as Featherby and Humphries would like to see a cash exit.

If they develop the mine and produce the MKT will still value LND a fraction of its true value.

They have always drilled through winter, it is better conditions. Turns into a bit of a bog in the summer, they prefer the winter and are hardy up there! Imagine the July announcement was a mistake, it was buried in the annual report technical details, probably written before the new guy took over.
