Divmad you still agree with Stig after what candlestick just told you?The MRE will confirm around 1.5-1.7moz of gold, what do you value that at?Certainly more than 23mNot many 1moz+ finds in canada recently so the asset becomes in demand especially if the majors want to continue producing gold.Stig is a waste of space..

Cant even express how irrelevant that post is. Value destruction commentary, from a 4D bull lol

Check out Yamana (with a Market Cap of £3bn)...They report their economics using NPV(5), they also report their updated NPV using the original gold price from the MRE and then an updated one to reference the current gold price. This is standard and I doubt people will comment that Yamana are scamming. This is what LND have done; if you are referring to the article below, it's from Jan 2021 and refers to the POR from Sep 2020 when POG was around $1900. As part of the RNS they clearly state the original NPV, based on $1560, is $227m.

On this occasion I have to agree with Stig. That npv(5) and use of a $1900 pog assumption stood out for me as shockingly aggressive. Shades of ggp just this past week with their own interpretation of a what should be an acceptable pfs. And we know how that went down in the market! If management here are serious about an eventual sale, they know just like we know, that they must prepare realistic, commercial and conservative working assumptions about what they have up there.

One only needs to take a read in the latest RNS of the new appointment and connect the obvious dots GL

DivmadGo and see the q&a with proactive, Bill says they have a perceived 2Moz already.Regardless of whether mre shows 2moz it will likely show over 1.5moz and with the new director on board i think its being primed for a sale

Needs to get over that magical 2mn Oz threshold for any major to get involved. Direct from company's own mouth in recent Proactive interview. Not saying it won't happen but that time is needed to get there.

The big winners in HUR are those who bought in the 1p area just 4 months back. Don't look back in 4 months time with regret for not loading up on LND at this cheap price of under 30p

Yes with a 94 mill Mcap and a sloshing of shares Rather stay with our lowly priced Mcap and lack of free float with the upcoming news on many fronts All good here for the patient investors Focus on Hurricane :)GL

There are so many shares whwre a forced seller has dumped presenting an opportunity to us in powder to buy at temporary depressed prices. It's happened so many times from my experience.LND happens to be another.Clearly an amazing opportunity who have connected those obvious dots Good luck on what you decide.

Terminator,

Check out Hurricane Energy and James' involvement there...it would seem he was a forced seller here as a result

Why is the only way up? That is utter waffle from the "seller out" mindless rampers. The real question you have to ask is why the seller was selling in the first place.

He did say :)Seller forced to leave quickly New board app - financials MRE/PEA en route Bill very specific on date for interview Board know what new MRE will say Board know majors interested You don't get more blatant than that. Significant developments coming
