Notice of amendments to Programme Documents relating to the £20 billion Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Programme (ultimately backed by the mortgages trust).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE NOTEHOLDERS THAT:

Following the change of financial year end of the Master Issuer to 31 March, amendments to the following Programme Documents were made by the parties thereto:

(i)         the Programme Master Definitions Schedule; and

(ii)        the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule,

in each case pursuant to a master deed of amendment dated 22 January 2025 (the "Master Deed of Amendment");

Copies of the Master Deed of Amendment will be available for inspection by Noteholders at the specified offices of the Paying Agents and of the Issuer referred to below:
